All about the role:

The Supplier Quality Improvement Leader will be responsible for achieving the factory’s key quality and production indicators through cooperation with external and internal suppliers, as well as other departments within the organization.

What you will do:

  • Develop control plans for incoming inspection.

  • Supervise the quality of all purchased components.

  • Report and manage non-compliant components that do not meet technical specifications.

  • Verify corrective actions implemented by suppliers in response to complaints.

  • Coordinate component sorting processes following the detection of non-conformities.

  • Report defects in the supplier evaluation system.

  • Monitor supplier quality indicators (e.g. PPM) and demand improvement actions when thresholds are not met.

  • Participate in the approval process of new components (e.g. reporting, measurements, feedback to requesting departments/suppliers).

  • Support the production department in resolving ongoing component-related issues.

  • Conduct supplier audits.

  • Initiate modifications to components or supplier processes to improve product quality or streamline production.

  • Verify warehouse stock levels in case of component issues and inform relevant departments of potential consequences.

  • Lead and oversee incoming inspections when the supplier cannot ensure component compliance.

  • Prepare monthly RoHS compliance samples for verification.

  • Escalate risks and issues to the appropriate persons or departments within the organization.

  • Oversee the value of non-compliant component inventory.

  • Manage and lead the assigned team.

  • Organize and coordinate the work of the department.

Who you are:

  • Hold a technical degree (engineering or related field).

  • Have a very good command of English (spoken and written).

  • Possess experience in a manufacturing or production company.

  • Proficient in computer use, especially advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiar with quality tools such as 8D reports, PDCA, and SPC.

  • Able to operate basic measuring instruments (e.g. calipers, height gauges).

  • Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

  • Self-reliant with strong leadership abilities.

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and action-oriented approach.
