Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to join their team and support key quality and compliance initiatives. This role is integral to driving enterprise-wide quality improvements, ensuring adherence to state and federal reporting standards, and addressing root cause analyses and corrective action plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare quality and compliance and thrive in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data collection and ensure accuracy for timely submission.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective action plans.
  • Serve as a key resource for quality functions across the organization.
  • Support preparation and compliance efforts for state and federal audits.
  • Identify deficiencies and trends in quality activities and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Quality Improvement (QI) Program Committees.
  • Collect and submit data for regulatory bodies and internal initiatives.
  • Embrace opportunities for professional and organizational growth.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following:
  • Healthcare Quality Improvement
  • Healthcare Quality Assurance
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of experience in any of the following:
  • Root cause analysis
  • State and federal audit preparation
  • Data entry, collection, and submission processes


Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 100% onsite at the Los Angeles location.
