General Summary
The Quality Improvement Coach supports excellence in service delivery through quality improvement planning, compliance monitoring, and capacity-building for staff. This role is responsible for supporting performance improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations (e.g., OAR, HIPAA), and providing targeted coaching and training. The position helps align direct service practices with both internal goals and external contractual and regulatory requirements.
