​Hours: 
Part Time 22.5 hours per week 

Work Pattern: 3 days per week, in include Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office 

Contract: 3 month fixed term contract 

Salary: £49,612 FTE per annum, salary will be pro rata for part time hours worked.

​​About the Role
As the Process Improvement Specialist, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives across key business functions, ensuring processes are efficient, effective, and fully aligned with our organisational policies and governance.
You will collaborate closely with IT, HR, and Assurance teams to simplify ways of working, embed policy into practice, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
