Process Improvement Analyst | Midvale, UT
Nexeo HR is hiring a Process Improvement Analyst in Midvale, Utah. In this role, you’ll investigate, analyze, and optimize business processes across banking operations, driving efficiency, consistency, and long-term improvements. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and leverage automation and analytics to create sustainable solutions. Responsibilities
• Document and evaluate current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support operational efficiency initiatives using analytics, process design, and automation
• Collect, analyze, and present data across multiple business lines to management teams
• Help design, optimize, and streamline workflows for scalability and sustainability
• Maintain and update process flow charts, maps, and documentation
• Provide training and support for business partners during process changes
• Collaborate with managers and staff to resolve process-related challenges
• Produce and distribute operational reports on process performance
• Contribute to feasibility testing, user documentation, and post-implementation evaluations
• Perform project management leadership functions as assigned
Qualifications
• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to ask the right questions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and process mapping tools (Visio, Blueworks Live, etc.) preferred
• Familiarity with value stream mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
Pay
• $34 – $42 per hour
Job Type
• Full-Time | Long-term opportunity
Shift/Schedule
• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
