FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is expanding in the Sarasota region and seeking a Physician Liaison / Healthcare Sales Representative to grow our referral network and strengthen relationships within the medical community.
This is a field-based, sales and relationship management role—ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building trust with providers, and driving measurable growth.

Bonus Opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical offices
Grow patient referrals through consistent in-person outreach and follow-up
Educate providers on FYZICAL’s physical therapy, orthopedic, and balance services
Manage and develop a designated territory with scheduled visits and route planning
Partner with Clinic Directors and staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Represent FYZICAL at networking events and community engagements
Increased patient referrals and provider engagement in your territory
Strong, consistent relationships with referral sources
High visibility in the local healthcare community
Ownership of your territory with measurable growth results
Experience in healthcare sales, physician relations, medical marketing, or outside sales preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Organized with effective time and territory management skills
Goal-oriented with a focus on growth and performance
Valid driver’s license required - company vehicle is provided
Ability to travel locally on a daily basis within the greater Sarasota/Bradenton area
Must meet company driving record and background eligibility requirements
