Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Support Chair of KR Office of Innovation: Plan and drive the newly set-up office, develop necessary approval papers and documents, establish new department processes, manage timelines, engage stakeholders, and track project progress and deliverables.
  • Lead and Develop Innovation Capabilities: Implement new innovations into the culture to influence overall operations.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Conduct Quality Improvement and Innovation workshops, using lean and human-centered tools to impart knowledge and skills to hospital staff.
Desirable Technical Skills:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to leverage technology solutions to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Programming Proficiency: Skilled in programming tools such as Python and RPA, with a good understanding of AI tools to boost productivity.
  • Methodologies: Proficient in LEAN, Six Sigma, AGILE, Design Thinking, and Behavioral Insights preferred.
  • Certified Trainer: Train-the-trainer (ACTA/ACLP) or equivalent certification preferred.
Desirable Soft Skills:
  • Highly Motivated: Self-starter able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, administrators, and Senior Leaders.
  • Project Management: Strong experience, action-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Curious Mindset: Eager to acquire new knowledge and stay updated on the latest healthcare developments.
  • Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Time Management: Perform effectively even under tight timelines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent in communication, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Innovative Spirit: Passionate about driving an innovative culture and creating positive change within the organization.
