Episcopal Homes in St. Paul has an exciting opportunity for two LPNs or RNs who enjoy staff education and quality improvement project work. These positions serve two campuses long term care centers to provide staff education, an active on-boarding program for new staff and quality improvement projects. The two care centers served by this team are recognized for their work to change the culture of elder care to being more elder centered. These positions are part of a team to lead three priority strategies key to the quality of care Episcopal Homes provides elders. In partnership with two other staff, these positions coordinate efforts to provide high quality staff education, quality improvement projects and onboarding programs for new staff.
