Key Account Specialist (Medical Sales Representative) – Specialty Channel

To promote prescription pharmaceutical products to Hospitals and served the customer at their best level in order to maintain the business.

Job Description

• To promote prescription pharmaceutical products to Hospitals as the case maybe.
• Manage sales opportunities for existing customers and develop new customer base 
• Increase sales revenue and achieve sales target set by company. 
• To identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders in the assigned territory to increase product endorsement and product usage 
• Keep excellent and prompt communication between customers and the company pertaining to business. 
• Promote product through good product knowledge. 
• Improve sales, encourage repeat purchases and increase product usage from customers 
• Update the healthcare professionals on the latest progress and development of the products. 
• Report on competitor's activities and market situation. 
• Strategize action plan in achieving individual sales, KPI targets and company goals, 
• Review regularly the customer master list and recommend for updates. 
• Submit all required reports on time. 
• Participate in events, conferences, and seminars. 
• Work along with immediate supervisor and marketing team during field work. 
• Help the Marketing Team in Market Surveys for existing products and new products

Educational Qualification 

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,Marketing, Science, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent

 Experience 

• At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
• Sales experience in pharmaceutical sales in the specialty field is necessary
