A mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to support community enrollment efforts for a comprehensive senior care program. This role focuses on serving vulnerable older adults by connecting them with coordinated healthcare services that allow them to remain safely in their homes and communities.
This is a relationship-centered sales position - not a high-pressure sales environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about community engagement, building long-term partnerships, and making a measurable impact in the lives of seniors and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly outreach and marketing plans to meet enrollment goals
• Build strong partnerships with senior centers, assisted living communities, churches, food banks, and local organizations
• Generate qualified referrals through community engagement and education
• Present program benefits to prospective participants, families, and referral sources
• Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities
• Track outreach activity and performance metrics using CRM tools

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• At least 1+ year of sales or marketing experience
• Healthcare or senior care experience strongly preferred
• Outside sales experience preferred
• Comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
• Must complete required state marketing representative certification within 30 days of hire
• Willingness to travel locally for community outreach
