Principle Accountabilities / Job Responsibilities
Responsible to drive the global QA and PI projects (Assist in DOE, trials and solution exploration) & liaising with cross functional team such as technology/C&I/Operations
Liaising with regional Process improvement teams to share the best practices and deploying improvementsΒ Β
Drive the Zero defect program globally to ensure effective deployment Β
Responsible for developing global P-FMEA and control plan for CTQ and deploy in the regions/plants
Owner of GPS (global practice sharing) program
Responsible for Identifying and developing the programs for lesson learned to reduce claims
Support plants in structural problem solving using 8D methodology and statistical tools
Co-ordinate with regional teams and R&D to develop the process setting and test method for new products/machines/processes
Test methods development to reduce testing error, bring efficiency, reduce cost and lead time.
Responsible for developing customer process database to continuously improve product quality.
