We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of surgical scaffold technology within the aesthetic and reconstructive surgery market.
This role is not a traditional medical sales position. It requires a consultative partner to plastic surgeons, supporting them in adopting advanced surgical techniques that improve long-term outcomes in procedures such as mastopexy, breast reconstruction, and implant support.
The successful candidate will work closely with leading surgeons to introduce and support the Internal Bra concept, providing both commercial and clinical support to ensure successful patient outcomes and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities
Surgeon Relationship Development
- Build trusted relationships with plastic and reconstructive surgeons.
- Identify surgeons interested in improving long-term breast support outcomes.
- Develop key opinion leaders and early adopters within the territory.
Clinical Support
- Provide in-theatre product support.
- Educate surgeons and theatre teams on product handling, preparation, and placement.
- Support surgeons during their learning curve with new techniques.
Technique Adoption
- Introduce and support surgeons in implementing the Internal Bra technique.
- Assist surgeons in integrating the technology into procedures such as:
- Mastopexy
- Breast reconstruction
- Implant revision surgery
- Soft tissue reinforcement
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand the use of company products within newly converted accounts.
- Develop strategic territory plans targeting high-potential aesthetic practices.
- Support surgeons with practice growth opportunities linked to improved outcomes.
Education & Training
- Organise and support surgeon workshops, peer-to-peer training, and proctoring labs.
- Facilitate surgeon exposure to international best practices and techniques.
- Support clinical education events and conferences.
Market Development
- Position company product as a premium long-term soft tissue support solution.
- Build awareness of the clinical benefits and ROI for surgeons and practices.
