This position will be working at and supporting the Holy Cross hospital in Mission Hills, CA.
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Sales and Marketing professional to join our team, focusing on post-acute care services, including Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care. This hospital-based role involves engaging with the interdisciplinary team to support care coordination for hospice, home health and palliative care. In addition this role will develop new business opportunities and meet census goals. The ideal candidate will hold a clinical license, have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care through our comprehensive post-acute services.
