AI Automation Specialist (Healthcare Revenue Cycle)

 

About Us

We are a rapidly growing healthcare revenue cycle management company supporting substance abuse and mental health treatment centers across 15+ states. We manage the full billing lifecycle and are building an AI-driven infrastructure to scale operations and maximize reimbursements.

 

Role Overview

We’re hiring a hands-on AI Automation Specialist to design and implement automation across our revenue cycle and internal systems.

You’ll work directly with leadership to identify inefficiencies, build scalable solutions, and reduce manual work. This role starts as an individual contributor with a clear path to leading an automation team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build automation workflows for VOB, AR follow-up, collections, and claims tracking
  • Develop AI tools to extract payer data (EDI, portals, PDFs), automate follow-ups, and generate insights
  • Integrate systems including Kipu, CollaborateMD, and Google-based tools
  • Build APIs, automation pipelines, and RPA solutions for payer portals
  • Create dashboards for AR, collections, and denial trends
  • Identify revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency
  • Document processes and build scalable systems from scratch

 

Required Experience

  • Python or JavaScript
  • API integrations (REST, webhooks)
  • Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and/or RPA (Selenium, Playwright, UiPath)
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows (e.g., OpenAI)
  • SQL and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)

 

Preferred: Healthcare billing/RCM experience (EDI, AR workflows)

Compensation & Benefits
