About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Wellness Coach to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to create customized care plans focused on weight management, fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. Your guidance will empower individuals to adopt lasting healthy habits and achieve their personal health goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design personalized care plans based on each client’s unique health needs and objectives.
- Coach clients through sustainable weight loss strategies and nutritional choices.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions using motivational interviewing to encourage positive behavior change.
- Educate clients on the benefits of healthy living – including meal planning, nutrition, health behavior, optimizing weight loss, and more — to support a well-rounded wellness plan.
- Track client progress, offer ongoing encouragement, and adapt care plans to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address root cause medicine needs as part of a holistic approach to symptom relief.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications
- Certification in Health Coaching or a related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of GLP-1 medications and associated nutritional guidelines.
- Understanding Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) as it relates to symptom management and weight loss.
- Experience in creating care plans and guiding clients through weight management programs.
- Strong foundation in nutrition, exercise science, and behavioral health practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate, motivate, and inspire.
- Experience with motivational interviewing is a plus.
