Weekend Clinical Support Specialist
Named by The Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the last three years, our community-based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization seeks a Weekend Clinical Support Specialist to join its expanding clinical team.
Job Responsibilities:
The Weekend Clinical Support Specialist oversees the answering of phones and triaging calls to the weekend team. The role assists with compliance and documentation procedures and facilitates the clinicians’ work by helping as needed with the communication of clinical information and ordering medical equipment/supplies. Candidate must have strong communication and time management skills and be eager and willing to handle the diverse responsibilities of the job with a helpful, professional attitude and a friendly demeanor.
Schedule and Weekly Hours:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 8 am to 6 pm (40 hours).

Pay Range:
$42,000-$50,000: This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
