Join Our Team as a STRAP Orchestrator and Process Improvement!

The STRAP & Portfolio Orchestrator will drive process and tool continuous improvements, including the introduction of new tools and processes to ensure better/faster deployment of capabilities. Three main pillars: i)Mapping and documenting Commercial processed to seek for optimization and improvement; ii) support forecast consistency and industry model development; iii) Streamline R&D and Business case analysis. The requirement is to be the focal point of the process improvements within Strategy and Commercial Team, driving the opportunities of automation and simplification, translate information into executive insights and recommendations, and derive key conclusions to drive management discussion as a thought leader.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Facilitate Global STRAP Orchestration and support key Strategic Planning (STRAP) iterations:

  • Prepare STRAP and Strategy Day agendas proposal for review with Leadership Team, ensuring proper content is prepared by each content owner in the company
  • Establish a formalized routine to review key STRAP workstream updates
  • Collaborate with GBE Product Marketing leaders to build expertise on new businesses
  • Gain a deep understanding of industry model structures and mechanics to provide support and insights while ensuring accurate and reliable developments.
  • Ensure alignment and convergence between industry size forecasts (from external sources) and our portfolio evolution / business cases

Drive STRAP, Business cases and Commercial Processes Improvements:

  • Build and maintain Standard documentation for Strategic Planning (STRAP) and Key Commercial processes; maintain process flows in the dedicated system
  • Monitor and align consistency between industry model, sales forecast, and business case assumptions.
  • Drive process improvement in STRAP, Business case preparation and key Commercial Processes, stimulating Kaizen culture
  • Identify opportunities for automation and simplification in both structural and day-to-day tasks. 

 

What We Need:

  • Education: Master Degree in Engineering or Economics
  • Experience: PPlanning (3-4 years) or management consulting (1-2 years)
     
  • Skills:  
    Fluent in English
    High levels of resilience in problem management and solving, focus on follow-up of tasks and push the organization to achieve the targets defined  and planned tasks
    Strong problem solving skills to break down complex business problems
    Strong analytics and flawless execution
    Superior communication skills (written & oral) to tailor insights to all levels of hierarchy: top-down written and oral communication
    Strong team player
    Autonomous, flexible and high energy level – hence able to work within tight schedules
    Fluent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
