Integrea Community Mental Health System is seeking a highly organized and clinically experienced Service Area Utilization Review Coordinator to support and oversee utilization functions across Region 3. This position is full-time. The UR Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Directors/Clinical Directors of Integrea, Carastar Health, and East Center Mental Health Center; the Alabama Department of Mental Health, and other stakeholders to ensure effective residential program utilization and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
· Minimum of 3 years post-master’s clinical experience; residential or inpatient experience preferred.
· Valid Alabama driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
· Reliable vehicle and proof of current auto insurance.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based tools (Teams, OneDrive).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to analyze and present data effectively using charts, graphs, and reports.
