This role is responsible to Planning, overseeing, communicating and evaluating manufacturing project activity in order to achieve company goals by
ensuring QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) aspect compliance to company policies and guidelines.
Job Description
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones and manage its implementation, involving all relevant internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to reach objectives in effective and efficient manner.
- Develop a detailed project schedule and work plan, track progress and make adjustment as needed, including providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project plan, adjustments, and progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Establish and maintain relationship with vendors/suppliers and communicating expected deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical, business, management, or relevant field.
- Min. 3 years of working in manufacturing or relevant experience.
- Having certification in Project Management Professional or Lean Six Sigma is preferred
