As a Senior Process Improvement Specialist, you will work with our Supply Management team to identify and implement strategic improvements that enhance procurement efficiency, mitigate risks, and support long-term operational success. Your goal will be to lead initiatives, ensure deliverables are met, identify risks and roadblocks, develop plans, processes and procedures, identify and implement process improvement opportunities, and lead change efforts. Your success in this position will be demonstrated in the process changes that are adopted and stabilized.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead and/or support various initiatives from start to completion including (but not limited to) developing scope, schedule, testing and implementation plans
Facilitate the development and management of departmental risk framework
Seek opportunities to mitigate risk and identify savings opportunities to assist the team
Support the development and delivery of department training and communication material
Analyze and improve existing business processes using continuous improvement methodologies
Your Skills:
Strong sense of customer service; ability to prioritize and reprioritize quickly
Aptitude to learn new skills quickly, navigate the unknown and with minimal direction

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Your Experience:
Post secondary education or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management or related field
5+ years of business experience
Lean Six Sigma certification an asset
Project Management certification an asset
