We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Process Improvement/Best Practice to join our Conventional Trust Client Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Conducts analyses and reporting in support of location migrations across the U.S. region, special projects/initiatives and/or planning activities. 
  • Maintains project governance documents ensuring they are fit for purpose and completed for all projects/initiatives.
  • Independently applies processes and precedents to gather, organize and review operational data/metrics. 
  • Analyzes and synthesizes the data and compiles it into reports or presentations.
  • Communicates effectively with management and business staff. 
  • Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.
  • Stays abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.
  • Participates on project teams, providing analytical expertise in support of project objectives. No direct reports. 
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure that work is migrated in line with local requirements (for example Risk, Legal, Compliance).
  • Co-ordinates with internal business partners (for example local management, recruitment, training teams) and tracks project activities through to completion.
  • May provide guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Operations, Business Analysis, or Technology preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with no direct reports, while providing guidance to more junior officers as needed.
