RN Nurse Manager of our Clinical Education department at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is Full-Time and will oversee our clinical programs and 8-10 Clinical Educators.
Directs an education program for the enhancement of practice, education, administration, research, and theory development, built on the varied education and experience of nursing staff. Collaborates with the regional and divisional nursing education team assisting in establishing goals for regional and divisional education programs and participates in shaping the vision and strategic plan for the ministry. Sets nursing practice standards for the continued advancement of nursing. Collaborates with the multidisciplinary teams to facilitate continuity of patient care across the continuum.
