Retail Sales Representative – KZN Coastal Region

You’ll take ownership of the KZN Coastal region, representing well-established brands in both Independent and Corporate Pharmacies. With your industry knowledge and strategic mindset, you’ll identify new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and implement impactful sales strategies to maximise regional success.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Travel within your territory to meet customers and ensure exceptional coverage.
Implement growth systems and strategies to drive continuous sales and maintain strong on-shelf presence.
Conduct engaging product trainings and tearoom sessions for pharmacy staff.
Analyse market data (e.g., Impact Rx) to monitor trends and stay ahead of competitors.
Provide regular in-field insights and feedback to management.
Maintain accurate customer records through the CRM system.
Skills & Experience
Proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to engage healthcare professionals in high-level discussions
Strategic and assertive sales approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while driving measurable results
