Location: Morgan County Jail | Morgan County, AL

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to lead the delivery of healthcare services within the Morgan County Jail. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the facility’s nursing and medical team

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations

  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines

  • Coordinate patient care services including chronic care management and medication administration

  • Collaborate with facility leadership while maintaining clinical independence

  • Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff



Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Registered Nurse license in Alabama

  • Strong clinical nursing background with leadership or supervisory experience

  • Excellent organization and decision-making skills

  • Ability to remain calm, confident, and solution-focused in a structured environment
