SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Quality Improvement Manager to oversee and support the agency's regulations, key performance indicators, and metrics. 


This position is a Full-Time role; Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (or similar hours)

This role will have the opportunity to work remotely, as well as occasional travel to SAGE offices throughout Maricopa County. 


What will this role do?

  • Develop and analyze reports of established key performance indicators to determine their effectiveness. Also ensuring that KPI’s are in place and specific to each SAGE licensed facility
  • Responsible for all activities involved with the Quality Improvement Committee, which includes leading the QIC meetings, tracking work group progress, attending to new opportunity statements, and approving meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate or otherwise ensure clinical staff receive documentation training as part of their initial onboarding
  • Exercise process improvement plans using quality methodologies. Lead work groups to support continuous improvement objectives.
  • Review incident reports. Complete secondary incident report processes as required by AHCCCS or contract requirements.
  • Conduct systematic audits of clinical documentation. Provide audit outcome reports and use data to inform decision making processes.


Qualifications:

  • Required: Master’s Degree in counseling or a human services field
  • Preferred: A valid associate or independent license by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (BBHE), or an equivalent license from another state and an application for the same already submitted to the Arizona BBHE and/or Quality management certification (CPHQ)
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position with progressively increasing responsibility
