Senior Care Partners PACE is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Quality Improvement Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and ensure we provide the highest standard of care for the seniors we serve. As our Quality Improvement Manager, you will drive organization-wide quality initiatives, coordinate regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in clinical and operational excellence. You’ll be a key player in building a culture of health equity, participant-centered care, and regulatory readiness across all departments.
You will:
Lead and implement the annual QAPI Plan aligned with CMS and MDHHS standards.
Oversee internal audits, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
Manage participant grievances and appeals with compassion and regulatory precision.
Guide teams through data analysis, performance improvement projects, and quality training.
Drive survey readiness and oversee provider and participant quality committees.
Coach and mentor staff in quality standards and patient-centered care delivery.
Registered Nurse (RN) – Michigan license (required), MSN preferred
4+ years of clinical nursing experience; PACE, managed care, or health plan preferred
Proven leadership in quality improvement projects and team management
Expertise in QAPI, compliance audits, performance improvement strategies, and regulatory reporting
Strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills
Passion for serving the frail elderly and commitment to continuous improvement
