Compensation: $75,000-$95,000/year  (DOE)

Position Summary:

As a Quality Improvement and Project Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our operational data. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying response data, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring our services meet contractual compliance standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who can collaborate across departments to uphold our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be focused on several key areas:

Data Integrity & Compliance

  • Review and verify the accuracy of timestamps for late responses.
  • Investigate GPS data and voice recordings to confirm "at scene" and other operational timestamps.
  • Apply company policies and contractual requirements to correct and document timestamps accurately.
  • Conduct daily evaluations of compliance data, including First Watch OCU for Aurora, Boulder, and Texas and other markets as needed.
  • Clinical data analysis and trending.
  • Investigate and track complaints, presenting findings to the General Manager and Clinical Manager

Coordination & Administration

  • Manage employee award coordination, including presentations, scheduling, and customer resource collaboration.
  • Update policy manuals in coordination with local leadership.
  • Coordinate Employee Town Halls and Safety Team meetings, including scheduling and case identification.
  • Handle performance summary compilation and distribution.
  • Manage billing and demographic data summaries.
  • Compile part-time hours letters for distribution.
  • Commercial and community relations development activities.
  • Project Leadership of periodic accreditation process.

Employee & Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate and manage the new hire onboarding process, from scheduling presenters to preparing materials.
  • Conduct fit testing and TB testing for new hires.
  • Support recruitment by coordinating interviews, managing student rider scheduling, and representing Falck at recruitment job fairs.
  • Assist the People & Culture department with HR Action Notices (HRANs), status changes, and scheduling employee meetings.
  • Coordinate Peer Support activities.
  • Manage employee certifications.
  • Assist with Evading Violent Encounters and other educational classes.

 Qualifications:

 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.  The individual in this position must possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
