About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Project & Process Improvement Lead to support strategic business and IT initiatives for one of our key partners – a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions. This role combines project and change management with business process improvement and stakeholder engagement, working cross-functionally across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate business and IT projects, from concept to implementation
- Collaborate with project sponsors to define business cases and strategic goals
- Manage project schedules, priorities, and execution within time and budget constraints
- Drive cross-functional teams, coach and motivate team members to deliver business value
- Apply structured methodologies for business change and process optimization
- Ensure alignment with business KPIs and track performance against SLAs
- Act as a key communication link between stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Work closely with quality and process improvement teams on BPM initiatives
- Support the use of Lean tools and structured problem-solving methods across the organization
- Provide coaching, training, and support for continuous improvement culture
- Analyze project impact using data-driven methods (before/after analysis, KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and code of conduct
- Represent the company professionally in internal and external settings
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project and/or quality management
- University degree (Business, Management, IT, or related field)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong project and change management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of KPIs and performance measurement tools
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Practical experience with tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, BPM is highly desirable
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables, charts, reports)
- Experience with analytical tools such as QlikSense, Business Objects or similar
- Advanced knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
