Employee Process Improvement Executive

Are you available at short notice and seeking an exciting new opportunity as Gatwick Airport's Employee Process Improvement Analyst?
We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible for HR.

What is the role?

The Process Improvement Executive will collaborate with employees to analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery processes.

As the Process Improvement Executive you will identify and implement process improvements required to improve employee experience.

Β What will you do?

  • Champion the employee experience and work with our employees and stakeholders to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  • Identify, plan and implement projects that improve quality, costs, productivity and cycle time. Delivering process improvement and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide HR leadership with project status updates, feedback, and reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
  • Developing measurement methods, capturing data to show the effectiveness and efficiency of process improvement activities.
  • Co-ordinate change efforts with all necessary stakeholders (within HR, IT, Access), considering employee and line manager communication.
  • Ensure process maps / documentation / manuals are kept up to date and reflective of changes.

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Experience of refining complex processes with the audience/employee in mind.
  • Experience of producing high quality process maps, procedure documents and training materials.
  • Exposure to Lean Methodology, facilitating workshops to map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and with sound analytical skills to gain insights from data.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and actions simultaneously.
  • Facilitative and able to work with multiple stakeholders (including 3rd parties) to formulate solutions that meet business needs.
  • Completer / finisher - lead the rollout of any changes ensuring they are communicated in the right way for line managers and training is arranged.
  • Adopted a systematic approach in order to identify, analyse, and bring about improvement in the existing business processes for the purpose of optimising all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Ability to cross-examine and analyse data to deliver continuous improvement.
  • Understands and appreciates what a great employee experience would look like and strives do the best for our employees / line managers.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate clearly to a diverse group of employees and line managers across a broad range of subjects.
  • Ability to coach and train line managers in HR processes and procedures
