Description

Analyze, determine, coordinate, and implement continuous process improvements (CPI) to achieve end-to-end business optimization of highly complex business processes and systems. This role will play a critical part in identifying opportunities for Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration by assessing current state processes, evaluating automation potential, and designing AI-supported future state workflows. The analyst will leverage advanced data analysis, business process reengineering (BPR), and AI solutioning to enhance ROI, reduce costs, and improve operational effectiveness. Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on AI-driven transformation initiatives and support the deployment of intelligent process automation solutions. Oversee/direct and lead the most complex/unusual tasks of broad latitude and significant impact requiring complex analysis.



Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess AI opportunities by analyzing current state business processes and workflows; evaluate automation potential and recommend AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Map and model current and future state processes, incorporating AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and intelligent automation to optimize performance.
  • Support cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of AI-supported process improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the impact of AI initiatives, using data analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on AI integration, resource optimization, and change management to support enterprise-wide transformation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify performance gaps, and implement change management techniques.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop value metricsΒ to guide decision-making and maximize ROI.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • Expert knowledge of business process reengineering (BPR) and process mapping/modeling, with demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing AI-driven improvements.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis and AI opportunity assessment, including the use of statistical methods, GenAI frameworks, and automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills, including leading AI-related initiatives, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of intelligent solutions.
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • Expert research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBPP, BPR, PMP, or AI/ML-related credentials preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of market trends, business strategies, and emerging technologiesΒ and their interrelationships

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Business Process Improvement/Reengineering Practitioner (BPR) or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
