A growing healthcare company is seeking a detail-oriented Plan Development Specialist to create medical documentation and patient narratives for insurance purposes. This backend role requires a balance of technical writing and storytelling to translate limited patient/family input into comprehensive narratives.
Responsibilities Include:
• Review and process medical paperwork for assigned cases.
• Create lengthy narratives (up to 100 pages) explaining patient needs.
• Convert limited family input into compelling stories that support insurance approvals.
• Contact patients or families if information is missing.
• Complete one application per day (five per week).

Ideal Qualifications:
• Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
• Ability to combine technical accuracy with narrative detail.
• Highly organized and detail-focused.
• Previous experience with medical documentation preferred.

Compensation:
$25/hour + $50 bonus per approved application.
Direct, hands-on training provided by leadership.
