What the Role Looks Like:

This isn’t your typical clinic job. As an Onsite Physio, you’ll be out in the real world, making a measurable impact by:

•Providing onsite physiotherapy and early intervention

•Walking the floor and building trusted relationships with employees and leaders

•Running ergonomic and manual handling assessments

•Educating employees on injury prevention and healthy habits

•Partnering with employers to improve workplace wellbeing

•Potential for 1 day work from home to assist with our triage service

Every day, you’ll focus on injury prevention—helping people stay confident, capable, and safe at work—while becoming a trusted health partner, not just a treatment provider.

What You’ll Bring:

•Degree in Physiotherapy + full AHPRA registration

•1+ year’s musculoskeletal experience (private practice or onsite ideal)

•Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first approach

•Full working rights in Australia, valid driver’s licence, and reliable transport
