Description

Rockhurst University and the Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences are currently seeking applications for a Clinical Education Coordinator in the Physical Therapy and Exercise Science department. This position supports all Clinical Education activities within the Physical Therapy Program. A large component of the work of the position is coordinating all requirements needed for Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students to matriculate and engage in full-time clinical experiences in a variety of clinical sites outside the Rockhurst campus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist with clinical education activities and coordinating with clinical education sites to allow for the placement of physical therapy students in a variety of clinical settings.

Manage the EXXAT database for clinical education sites.

Manage and communicate clinical compliance with partners.

Provide other Clinical Education and Physical Therapy and Exercise Science administrative support.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals including faculty and students
