Madison Health, through our partnership with Healogics, is looking for a Patient Navigator for our Wound Care Clinic.    

The hired individual will be employed by Healogics, not Madison Health.  

Essential Job Functions

  • Registers patients as they come in for appointments
  • Schedules appointments
  • Office filing 
  • Management of office supplies for the clinic
  • Maintain communication with the schedule
  • Uploading documents into EPIC
  • Perform other clerical duties needed

This position will be 32 hours per week - working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
