Position Summary
The School of Nursing and Health Professions at University of the Incarnate Word seeks qualified part-time faculty for clinical and lab instruction in fundamentals, adult health, maternal child health (pediatrics and care of childbearing family), psychiatric-mental health, medical-surgical nursing, and community health in the undergraduate nursing program. This applicant pool will remain online and be used to hire interested part-time faculty as needed.
Essential Functions
Preparation of course outline based on syllabus provided by department. Evaluation of student performance through either exams, paper, or assessment of student clinical skills. Other administrative duties needed to complete the teaching and grading processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience at the baccalaureate level is desired.
