We are seeking experienced consultants to support a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) advancement project focused on Oracle Health Cerner Millennium systems. This project spans the full system development lifecycle—from design and build to go-live and sustainment—and aims to digitally transform clinical workflows, improve patient safety, and advance electronic documentation across multiple healthcare facilities.
Ideal candidates will join a cross-functional consulting team and collaborate with internal stakeholders, healthcare providers, and technical experts. Multiple roles are available across training, implementation, system configuration, clinical integration, compliance, and evaluation.
Below are representative activities across the five project phases. Candidates will be assigned based on experience and project phase alignment.

Experience with 2 or more Canadian clients for Oracle Health/Cerner EHR advancement
Knowledge of Cerner Millennium application
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working in a remote office environment
Flexible availability for PST business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30–4:30)
Willingness to work evenings/early mornings/weekends during go-lives
Ability to travel to rural healthcare sites as required
