The Clinical Educator evaluates and contributes to oversight of student performance during onsite immersions, plays a critical role in modeling and shaping the clinical skills of students, and is responsible for providing hands-on supervision of clinical skill development and support during onsite immersions. The Clinical Educator plays a vital role to ensure students are developing competency in treatment planning, clinical documentation, professional communication, and demonstration of ethical standards while practicing and demonstrating skills. In this role, the clinical educator will provide quality feedback helping students hone their clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities as they develop clinical skills.
