We are seeking a Nurses as Healthcare Support & Training Coordinator to manage inbound engagement from U.S.-based healthcare providers (HCPs). You will provide support and training related to Triptodur injections, ensuring all interactions are documented, compliant, and brand-aligned. This role combines customer support, scheduling, and compliance documentation in a healthcare-focused environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Handle inbound voice and video calls from healthcare providers via QR code or web link
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments and training sessions
  • Send automated reminders for upcoming meetings
  • Document and track all call details, including reason for call, guidance provided, and follow-up actions
  • Manage FAQs, product documentation, and escalation workflows
  • Monitor call queues and ensure timely support
  • Generate regular KPI reports (call volume, geography, call length)
Requirements: 
  • Experience with call management or telehealth platforms, including voice/video support and call documentation
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare environments and compliance-conscious handling of sensitive information
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or medical device programs
  • Prior exposure to HCP engagement, nurse educator programs, or MSL coordination
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant systems or regulated healthcare environments
