We have an immediate need for a nuclear technologist to fill a new and unique dual role as a Clinical Application Specialist /Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
What you will do in this role:
The Clinical Applications Specialist (“CAS”) is responsible for the smooth and efficient clinical and technical performance of the Rb-82 infusion system at every CardioNavix Customer’s facility, this includes any CDL customer facility using the Rb-82 infusion system provided under the CardioNavix program. The CAS shall be responsible for addressing any clinical and/or technical issues, equipment issues, HUB needs, clinical protocols, clinical site/HUB documentation reviews, transportation concerns pertaining to radiation safety, customer support and training. This position requires the development and implementation of necessary Nuclear Cardiac PET clinical and technical oversight to deliver prompt, efficient and safe services to patients on behalf of the customers for both CDL and CardioNavix. The employee must work in collaboration with the Clinical Applications Manager, Operations Manager and Director of Operations in ensuring the objectives of patient care, quality assurance, in-service education, customer satisfaction and radiation safety are met. The CAS will assist the Clinical Applications Manager with equipment and technical duties, including but not limited to, appropriate training for new clinical personnel, customer’s clinical training and preparation necessary to facilitate efficient start-up, supporting ongoing continuity of care, overseeing the vendors initial and on-going technical training, ensuring appropriate resolutions to any/all client issues involving technical and clinical operations and processes. The employee will be available to staff at customer facilities when needed. The employee is required to maintain CDL business and patient confidentiality. The CAS will assist with instructing new employees and coworkers and diligently applying the CDL Company Objectives.
Licensing in multiple states will be required, licensing reimbursement is provided.
