This is a unique opportunity for someone to get in early and make a real impact. We’re looking for someone who is hungry, driven, and ready to hit the ground running. The growth potential is limitless—but it requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environment and is excited to help expand our presence in Houston.
If you have experience in respiratory services, DME/HME, negative pressure therapy, or wound care, you will have an opportunity to bring your expertise to help us bring this proven service to a new market and deliver best-in-class care to patients and providers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, and memory care facilities.
- Own the full order cycle—from referral to fulfillment—ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver compelling presentations to secure new business and introduce our innovative products and services.
- Stay current on industry trends, insurance requirements, and regulatory changes.
- Use internal systems (Parachute, Lazarus, etc.) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a strong understanding of insurance documentation and product offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to exceed expectations.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare insurance documentation, preferred.
