Candidate Recruiter - Medical Device Sales

We’re seeking a proven Medical Device Sales Recruiter to support our expanding healthcare and life sciences division. This role is not full-cycle — your focus will be sourcing high-performing medical device sales professionals, then handing them off to the Account Manager for interview, submission and client communication.

What We’re Looking For

You must have hands-on and recent (within the last 4 months) experience recruiting within the medical device or healthcare sales industry, ideally for roles such as Territory Managers, Sales Representatives, or Regional Directors.

Compensation & Structure

• 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Only).
• You control your methods, schedule, and approach—we focus solely on results.
• Recruiters are responsible for their own business expenses (recruiting tools, job boards, networking, etc.).
• Fees or commissions are paid upon successful placements.
