What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of medical reviewers, fostering high performance and accountability.
- Allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development of team members.
- Review and validate medical reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Maintain and update documentation while ensuring adherence to regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve documentation or compliance issues as needed.
- Support audits, reporting, process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders on QA matters.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor of Nursing graduate; Licensed PH/US nurse is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team in medical accounts, clerical, administrative, or documentation review roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong English communication skills, with confidence in handling calls and high-volume emails.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Standard Time of 8:30am - 5:30pm (8.30pm - 5.30am PHT) with a full onsite model.
