Medical Editor (m,f,d)
Your tasks
- Apply your clinical knowledge and experience in editing, proofreading, and critically reviewing content on our medical education platform Lecturio.com
- Translate complex information to a medical student and resident level
- Utilize technology to ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with current best practices
- Review user feedback and suggest adjustments where appropriate
- Provide approval on medical content prior to publication
- Closely collaborate with our content management team
- Maintain high editorial standards, focusing on clarity, consistency, and adherence to Lecturio’s style guidelines
- Be a medical subject matter expert and provide guidance and support for product development to improve the learning experience
Your profile
- MD or DO degree
- Clinical working experience, medical teaching experience is a plus
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Have the ability to explain complex medical issues and have an eye for detailStrong knowledge of the U.S. medical educational system (medical schools)
- Completion of USMLE Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 preferred but not mandatory
