The Opportunity

Our client is established company that supports multiple brands in the injury management and occupational health market. As part of a trusted family of companies in the personal injury and healthcare sector, they support consultants, clients, and stakeholders with accuracy, professionalism, and care. Every report they produce reflects our commitment to excellence and helps make a real impact in people’s lives.

They are seeking a detail-driven Medical Editor to join the team in Manila, Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will ensure medico-legal reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered to the highest professional standards. You will work closely with consultants, medical secretaries, and clients, helping transform complex medical content into clear, reliable documents.

ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. This role requires you to work only once a month in the office, the remaining days work from home, with a regular shift schedule of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread medico-legal reports to ensure grammar, accuracy, and clarity.
• Maintain consistency of content and structure across all reports.
• Ensure reports provide clear, supported medical opinions.
• Liaise with consultants and stakeholders to finalise report content.
• Manage turnaround times and ensure reports meet strict deadlines.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in in the similar field.
• Strong command of English with advanced editing and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to interpret clinical content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with consultants, clients, and transcriptionist.
