Salary: $90,000–$120,000 DOE

Overview:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong manual assembly experience and a drive for continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone looking to have a direct impact on production efficiency and product quality within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve assembly processes for high-precision aerospace products.

  • Maintain and update BOMs and routers to reflect optimal workflows.

  • Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

  • Work closely with operators to identify bottlenecks and enhance productivity.

  • Apply Lean tools to reduce waste and improve throughput.

  • Provide hands-on engineering support across manual assembly and light machining tasks.

Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (required).

  • 5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in aerospace or complex assemblies.

  • Strong background in manual assembly; some machining experience a plus.

  • Lean manufacturing experience and a track record of follow-through.

  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
