About the Role
As a Manager of Clinical Compliance, you will be a national leader in achieving and maintaining licensing and accrediting. This position requires up to 50% travel, strong organizational skills, ability to work from a home office or clinic office location, and demonstrated ability with excel, word, and PowerPoint.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on licensing and accreditation needed to deliver and expand Eleanor Health’s clinical care delivery into new and established markets
- Build and maintain relationship with external entities, partners, auditors, surveyors, and payers
- Serve as a collaborative partner with internal department leaders
- Directly supervise and support the Clinical Compliance team of Analysts and Coordinators
- Responsible for maintenance of job descriptions, scorecards, performance reviews, PTO, etc
- Manage acquisition and maintenance of all clinic or state licenses, accreditations and certifications of the national organization, state entities, and individual clinics.
- Manage audits and surveys associated with facility licensure and accreditation
- Oversee training and application of licensing expectations and accreditation standards
- Manage external portals and internal sources of truth
- Using your healthcare compliance expertise, lead the organization in it’s awareness and understanding of federal guidelines, state regulations, and certification standards
- Work alongside functional and market leaders to equip teams with actionable and accurate clinical compliance expectations
- Oversee the accuracy and effectiveness of organizational policies and procedures
- Partner with Sr. Director of CQCM to inform Clinical Compliance strategy and KPIs and strategy
- Proactively assess and report resource barriers and/or support needed to meet internal and external timelines
- Provide data-driven feedback on Eleanor’s performance
- Analysis of staffing, vendors, options, implementation plans, and expectations
- Oversee response all reported incidents and grievances
- Oversee and lead the Medical Records function of Eleanor Health

You'll Be a Good Fit If You:
- Have at least five years of experience in healthcare compliance and management
- Have experience with CARF accreditation
- Have expertise in navigating multi-state licensure landscapes, at least 10+ states
- Have experience with policy and procedure management tools and technology solutions.
- You are passionate about empowering others to understand and build compliant workflows and systems
- Experience with Monday.com project management board.
- Have experience serving on interdisciplinary teams and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Enjoy finding opportunities to improve, developing solutions, and communicating those opportunities to peers & leaders in an actionable and collaborative way
- Enjoy meeting new people and establishing mutually beneficial working relationships
- Technically savvy and ability to use G-Suite effectively

Compensation & Benefits
The total target annual compensation range for this position is $$70-85,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
