JOB SUMMARY
The Social Work Supervisor is part of the human service leadership team that manages and monitors the development and execution of service and care plans for residents to provide a supportive and empowering environment that fosters stabilization, independence and self-reliance, and skills development. The Social Work Supervisor leads a team of Social Workers and ensures that service and care plans are up to date and customized to resident needs. The Supervisor coordinates resources and develops partnerships with community-based services to support their team in implementing service and care plans and provides direct supervision and guidance to their team members.
Salary: $90,000 salary.
FLSA: Exempt. Not eligible for overtime.
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY
Schedule: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday

Other Duties
Education and Experience: Licensed Clinical in Social Work (LMSW) required. Five (5) years of experience plus two (2) years of supervisory experience in social work, case management, counseling, or direct advocacy for clients in social service settings. Experience with immigrants and immigration issues prioritized.
