RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Process Improvement to join its office in Vibo Valentia (Italy) within the Italy Food Certification Division.
The internship is aimed at supporting the team in activities dedicated to improving the efficiency of business processes. The intern will have the opportunity to learn methodologies for process analysis and optimization, working alongside more experienced colleagues on continuous improvement projects.
During the internship, the intern will be involved in:
Supporting Process Analysis and Improvement: shadowing the team in identifying areas for improvement and assisting in the monitoring of new process implementations.
Data Collection and Organization: learning how to gather and manage data related to process inefficiencies.
Documentation and Guidelines: contributing to the drafting of operational instructions and reference materials, while developing clear and structured communication skills.
Performance Monitoring: supporting the tracking of process performance indicators and learning how to interpret basic results.
Process Documentation Maintenance: assisting in updating process-related documents under the guidance of senior team members.
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
