Role Overview
We are seeking a production-focused Instructional Designer to support the development of clinical education content for endoscopy. This role is centered on transforming existing materials into clear, structured, and high-quality learning assets for clinical and commercial audiences.
You will partner closely with a Lead Instructional Designer to convert complex technical and clinical information into polished, instructionally sound deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Transform existing materials (slides, documents, SME input) into structured learning assets
Develop:
High-quality PowerPoint training decks
Articulate Rise modules (or similar tools)
Job aids and clinical reference materials
Organize large volumes of unstructured content into logical, user-friendly learning flows
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of technical/clinical information
Apply strong visual design principles to enhance usability and engagement
Collaborate with SMEs and the Lead ID to refine content and align to learning objectives
Iterate quickly based on feedback in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Required Skills & Experience
3–7+ years of instructional design experience (production-focused)
Demonstrated experience developing learning assets (not just designing concepts)
Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong visual design capability
Experience building in Articulate Rise (or similar eLearning tools)
Strong technical writing and content structuring ability
Proven ability to work with complex, technical, or detailed subject matter
Ability to translate SME input into clear, actionable learning content
Preferred Experience
Background in medtech, healthcare, clinical education, or life sciences
Familiarity with clinical environments or medical terminology
Experience working with detailed or regulated content
Work Sample Requirement (Mandatory)
To be considered, candidates must provide 2–3 relevant work samples that demonstrate:
PowerPoint-based training materials (before/after SME content preferred)
eLearning modules (Rise, Storyline, or similar)
Job aids or structured reference materials
Samples should reflect your ability to:
Transform complex or messy input into clear, structured content
Apply visual design principles effectively
Produce polished, professional deliverables
Candidates without work samples will not be considered.
