We are looking for someone who understands how to work with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities to consistently bring in referrals.

This role is ideal for a results-driven healthcare sales professional capable of generating at least 25+ Medicare admissions per month.

Qualifications

✔ Healthcare or Home Health Sales Experience Preferred

✔ Experience working with Medicare referral sources

✔ Strong relationship-building and communication skills

✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented

✔ Ability to consistently generate referrals and admissions
